Workshop outline:

This workshop will provide the opportunity to think theoretically about the place of dreams in our therapeutic work. The aim of the workshop will be to provide some basic tools for working with dreams, and consequently to increase confidence when dreams are brought into our clinical practice.

Freud famously called dreams the royal road to the unconscious, and Jung’s clinical practice was dominated by dream interpretation.

Participants are invited to bring one of their own dreams and if possible a dream from their clinical practice. The day will provide space for dreams to be thought about in a creative and imaginative way, both individually and as part of a group.

Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
